I'm Tim. My wife Dana and I live in Spring, Texas with our two kids.
For more than 10 years, we've worked in real estate and property operations across Texas — multifamily communities, single-family homes, vacation rentals, and investment properties.
Over the years, I've watched the same story play out again and again:
